Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Products

Carefully place the unused items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned cosmetics, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
